1. SHIPPING POLICY
We at Meibae.com endeavor to handle your order quickly as possible and delivered to you timely.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States using our preferred shippers USPS or UPS. Arrangements can be made to use a shipping method of your choice.
When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based on the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Items in stock will typically ship out within 1-2 business days.
a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order, the delivery zip code and the shipping method you choose. Our shipping options include In-Store Free Pickup, the USPS First Class Parcel, USPS Priority Mails, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Express Saver, and FedEx Ground. You have to register your delivery address for the shipping cost to be automatically calculated in your shopping cart. You may choose the shipping option best fitting your budget and/or delivery time frame. We have done our research and concluded the shipping options we offer to you are the most economical ways. Typically, if your items plus shipping package weighs less than 1 lb, the USPS First Class Parcel is the most affordable shipping. If the package weighs between 1 to 10 lb, the USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground offers the best rate depending on the package weight and the destination zip code. If the package weighs over 10 lbs, the FedEx Ground always gives the best rate no matter where you ship to.
We only charge the fee the carrier charges, we do not charge handling fees.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can contact your original retailer about options on how to return your items for a refund or exchange. If the purchase was made through Meibae.com please contact Customer Service by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 859-513-0062 for returns. Returns will be honored if you contact us within 5 business days (wholesale) or 7 days (Retail) after receiving the merchandise. Refund will be credited in the full amount in the same form as received for the initial transaction.
The customer is fully responsible for all shipping charges for returning the item(s). Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 5 business days of receipt of the package.
In case following conditions are not met Meibae.com reserves the right to charge 35% restocking fee or refuse the return.
- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 10 business days after receiving
- items and packaging must be received in new condition
- the original manufacturer's packaging must not be damaged
- Packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
- All items, even damaged boxing/items, must be returned to be processed
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
- return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt
Before returning package you need to contact Meibae.com to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package).
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
